الشروط والأحكام – Terms & Conditions

1. مدة الصلاحية:
جميع باقات بطاقات الهدايا صالحة ابتداءً من تاريخ الشراء وحتى انتهاء الفترة المحددة لكل باقة.
All gift card packages are valid from the purchase date until the duration mentioned with each package.
2. الحجوزات:
يجب حجز المواعيد مسبقًا حسب التوافر.
Appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
3. سياسة الإلغاء:
يجب إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة الموعد قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل. عدم الحضور أو الإلغاء المتأخر يؤدي إلى خصم الجلسة.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in session deduction.
4. غير قابلة للاسترداد:
البطاقات غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو التحويل نقدًا.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. غير قابلة للتحويل:
استخدام الباقة مخصص للشخص المذكور عند التفعيل وغير قابلة للتحويل دون موافقة الإدارة.
Packages are intended for the named user only and cannot be transferred without prior approval.
6. الاستخدام الجزئي:
في حال عدم استخدام جميع الجلسات خلال الفترة المحددة، لا يتم التمديد أو التعويض.
Unused sessions within the validity period will not be extended or refunded.
7. استبدال الخدمات:
في حال عدم الرغبة بإحدى الخدمات، يمكن استبدالها بخدمة أخرى بنفس القيمة فقط.
If a client prefers not to use a specific service, it can be exchanged with another of equal value only.
8. الليزر والمساج للنساء فقط:
جميع جلسات الليزر والمساج المذكورة في الباقات مخصصة للنساء فقط.
All listed laser and massage sessions are for women only.
9. تفاصيل جلسات الليزر:
جلسات الليزر “كامل الجسم” لا تشمل منطقة الظهر والبطن.
Full body laser sessions exclude the back and abdomen areas.
